SafeSpend - Terms of Services

Last Updated: 1 December 20251. Acceptance of TermsBy creating an account or using SafeSpend, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.2. Description of the ServiceSafeSpend is a mobile budgeting application that allows users to manually enter and track their spending.SafeSpend does not:Provide financial, investment, tax, or legal adviceConnect to or access your bank accounts in this version of the appYou understand and agree that all budgeting information is based solely on the data you manually enter.3. Account RegistrationTo use SafeSpend, you must create an account using a valid email address and password.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. User ResponsibilitiesYou agree to:Provide accurate and truthful informationUse the app only for lawful purposesNot attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse engineer, or damage the serviceNot attempt to access other users' information5. Data and ContentAny budget or spending information you enter is stored securely on SafeSpend’s servers (powered by Supabase).You are responsible for the accuracy of all data you enter.
We are not responsible for incorrect budgeting results caused by inaccurate entries.
6. Service AvailabilityWe may update, modify, or suspend SafeSpend at any time to improve performance or fix issues.We do not guarantee:That the app will always be availableThat the app will be error-freeThat there will be no interruptions, bugs, or delays7. Limitation of LiabilitySafeSpend is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.To the fullest extent permitted by law, SafeSpend LLC is not liable for:Financial decisions, losses, or outcomes related to your use of the appInaccurate budgeting informationService interruptions, errors, or data lossAny indirect, incidental, or consequential damagesYou use the app at your own risk.8. Account DeletionYou may delete your account at any time using the in-app “Delete Account” option.
Deleting your account permanently removes your stored data from our servers.
9. Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms periodically.
If changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date and post the updated Terms in the app and on our website once available.
